Chaat Pass is a restaurant loyalty rewards platform operated by 10 US Tech Inc., an Illinois corporation (EIN: 41-4983275). The platform allows customers to earn and redeem loyalty points at participating South Asian restaurants on Devon Ave, Chicago, IL.
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service applies to all users of the Chaat Pass platform, including customers who sign up for loyalty rewards and restaurants that participate in the network.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the loyalty program:
We do not collect payment card information, email addresses (unless voluntarily provided), or location data beyond the restaurant address.
Message frequency: You will receive SMS messages when you earn points, redeem points, or sign up. Typically 1–3 messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt in: You consent to receive SMS messages from Chaat Pass by providing your phone number at any participating Chaat Pass restaurant counter or via the signup form at chaatpass.com. By providing your number, you agree to receive transactional SMS notifications about your loyalty account.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any Chaat Pass message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply JOIN at any time to reactivate.

SMS messages are sent from (872) 335-2014 via Twilio. Messages are transactional only — we do not send marketing or promotional SMS without additional consent.
We do not use your data for advertising, sell your data to third parties, or share your personal information with other restaurants without your consent.
We share your data only with the following trusted service providers, solely to operate the platform:
Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.
We retain your loyalty account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Transaction records may be retained in anonymized form for up to 3 years for business reporting purposes.

Chaat Points are loyalty reward points with no cash value outside the Chaat Pass platform. They are not cryptocurrency, blockchain tokens, or financial instruments of any kind.
Earning points: Members earn 1 Chaat Point per $1 spent at participating restaurants. Points are awarded at the time of purchase and credited to your account immediately.
Redeeming points: Points can be redeemed at participating restaurants. Points can cover up to 50% of your bill per visit. Minimum $5 purchase required to redeem.
Point expiration: Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Points earned during promotions may have different expiration dates.
Account integrity: Fraudulent activity, including manipulation of point balances or unauthorized redemptions, will result in immediate account termination.
Program changes: 10 US Tech Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Chaat Pass program at any time with reasonable notice to members.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
