About ChaatPass

ChaatPass is a restaurant loyalty rewards platform operated by 10 US Tech Inc., an Illinois corporation. The platform allows customers to earn and redeem loyalty points at participating South Asian restaurants on Devon Ave, Chicago, IL.

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service applies to all users of the ChaatPass platform, including customers who sign up for loyalty rewards and restaurants that participate in the network.

Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the loyalty program:

• Phone number — used as your unique identifier in the loyalty system
• Name — provided at signup, used to personalize your experience
• Transaction history — points earned and redeemed, order amounts, visit dates
• Signup method — whether you signed up in-store or online

We do not collect payment card information, email addresses (unless voluntarily provided), or location data beyond the restaurant address.

SMS Messaging

How you opt in: You consent to receive SMS messages from ChaatPass by providing your phone number at any participating ChaatPass restaurant counter or via the signup form at chaatpass.com. By providing your number, you agree to receive transactional SMS notifications about your loyalty account.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any ChaatPass message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply JOIN at any time to reactivate.

SMS messages are sent from (872) 335-2014 via Twilio. Messages are transactional only — we do not send marketing or promotional SMS without additional consent.

How We Use Your Data

• To track and display your loyalty point balance
• To send transactional SMS notifications about your account
• To generate anonymized reports for restaurant operators
• To detect and prevent fraudulent activity
• To improve the ChaatPass platform and services

We do not use your data for advertising, sell your data to third parties, or share your personal information with other restaurants without your consent.

Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following trusted service providers, solely to operate the platform:

• Supabase — secure cloud database hosting
• Twilio — SMS delivery provider
• Netlify — website hosting
• Formspree — contact form processing

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your loyalty account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Transaction records may be retained in anonymized form for up to 3 years for business reporting purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information in your account
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
• Ask questions about how your data is used

Terms of Service

ChaatPass Points are loyalty reward points with no cash value outside the ChaatPass platform. They are not cryptocurrency, blockchain tokens, or financial instruments of any kind.

Earning points: Members earn 1 ChaatPass Point per $1 spent at participating restaurants. Points are awarded at the time of purchase and credited to your account immediately.

Redeeming points: Points can be redeemed at participating restaurants. Points can cover up to 50% of your bill per visit. Minimum $5 purchase required to redeem.

Point expiration: Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Points earned during promotions may have different expiration dates.

Account integrity: Fraudulent activity, including manipulation of point balances or unauthorized redemptions, will result in immediate account termination.

Program changes: 10 US Tech Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the ChaatPass program at any time with reasonable notice to members.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
