Is it really free?
Yes, and it stays free. No fee to join, earn, or redeem, and nothing to buy.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Your phone number is your card. Add it when you order online, at the kiosk or by table QR, and your points are tracked for you.
How do I redeem?
Order using the same number and your points come off the bill. Every point is worth 5¢. Use any balance on orders of $5 or more, up to half the bill.
When do points expire?
12 months from the day they were earned.
What happens to my phone number?
It is used for one thing: your points and balance texts. Never sold, and shared only with the service providers that run ChaatPass, as listed in the Privacy Policy. Reply STOP any time.
Do counter orders earn points?
No. Points are earned on orders placed online, at the kiosk or by table QR. An order placed at the counter does not earn points.
What happens to my points if my order is refunded?
The points from that order are taken back. If you used points on it and the whole order is refunded, you get them back.
